php.ini dosyasını aç short_open_tag satırını bulup yanına on ekle yani (short_open_tag = on) sonra putty den service htppd restart komutu yolla eğer işe yaramazsa, .htaccess dosyasının içine php_value short_open_tag 1 ekle sorun çözlüecektir
