Problem with deer machining

HI,

my first problem. I have purchased the animal collection and most cut very nicely. However the deer does not cut one of the rear legs. I've tried this a few times but it misses the same spot evrytime. I've tried to cut in a different location on the machine. same problem. Any ideas? PS I don't know how to attach a picture. it says too big a file

please help
